Windon Distilling Coffee Rum Liqueur is a rich Maryland coffee liqueur built on a rum base rather than neutral spirit. White rum is infused with two varieties of organic, locally roasted coffee from Rise Up Coffee in Easton, Maryland, along with cacao shells from Chocotenango in Washington, DC. The result is smooth, dark, and sippable, with roasted coffee, chocolate, vanilla, and espresso bean depth.

Windon Distilling Company is based in Saint Michaels, Maryland, steps from the Chesapeake Bay. Its flagship LYON RUM is a cane-to-glass spirit made from raw Louisiana cane sugar and molasses, then fermented, double-distilled in small pot stills, infused, bottled, and labeled by the distillery’s small team. Founder Jaime Windon built the distillery around American craft rum with a strong Maryland identity.
