Shipping, Risk of Loss & Indemnification

All shipments are handled by independent third-party carriers. Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon shipment. By placing an order, the customer agrees to assume full responsibility for the shipment once it leaves our facility.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the merchant from any claims, losses, or damages arising from carrier delay, loss, theft, misdelivery, or damage after shipment.

Delivery Conditions

We are not responsible for shipments left unattended, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or delivery delays due to weather, regulatory inspections, or carrier operations.
