Pisco Mistral Nobel Reservado is a richer Chilean pisco from the Elqui Valley, made from Muscatel of Alexandria and Pedro Jiménez grape-based pisco aged in medium-toast American oak barrels. Dried fruit, plum, raisin, toasted hazelnut, vanilla, caramel, and oak notes give it a rounder profile than Mistral Especial. Bottled at 40% ABV, it suits classic pisco cocktails, highballs, and simple pours over ice.

Mistral is produced by Compañía Pisquera de Chile, one of the major producers behind Chile’s pisco tradition. The brand is closely tied to the Elqui Valley and highlights oak aging as a defining part of its style. Its higher-end Nobel line honors the protected Chilean pisco denomination of origin, which was signed in 1931.
