Around eighty percent of the botanicals are sourced within Mexico, while premium Macedonian juniper is selected for its exceptional quality. The brand itself honors co owner Perla Portillo's grandmother, affectionately known as Mama Chuy, whose passion for bringing people together over food and drink continues to inspire every bottle. Only small batches are produced, giving the gin a true handcrafted identity.
