Kota Pandan Liqueur captures the distinctive flavor of pandan leaf, often called Asia’s vanilla for its notes of vanilla, almond, butter, and soft greenery. Producer

Kota Pandan Liqueur was created by globetrotting bartender Nico de Soto in partnership with Maison Gabriel Boudier, a historic French liqueur producer founded in Dijon in 1874. De Soto had used handmade pandan syrups in his cocktails for years before developing Kota. The liqueur is produced in small batches by steeping pandan leaves in neutral spirit before distillation.
