Combier Creme de Fraise Liqueur is a bright French strawberry liqueur made from locally grown Loire Valley strawberries. The fruit is slowly macerated in neutral alcohol for three to four months, then lightly pressed to create a fragrant, concentrated infusion. Bottled at 17% ABV, it delivers fresh-picked strawberry aroma, vivid red color, and a sweet, refreshing fruit profile.

Producer

Combier was founded in 1834 in Saumur, France, making it one of the oldest distilleries in the Loire Valley. The distillery still operates in the heart of Saumur and is known for balancing tradition with innovation across fruit liqueurs, triple sec, absinthe, and historic herbal recipes. Since 2016, Combier has held France’s Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant label.
