Chinola began in 2014 as a collaboration between hospitality professionals, spirits industry experts, and a multigenerational master blender. Produced farm to bottle in the Dominican Republic, Chinola uses 100% fresh fruit and neutral cane spirit with no artificial colors or flavors. The brand also supports infrastructure near the Samaná Peninsula, including roads, bridges, electrical poles, and water wells.
